Tennis club rules and etiquette
We are a pretty relaxed club but:
- We do expect members to wear suitable tennis attire, though we do not insist on whites.
- We do ask members to wear proper tennis shoes (i.e non-black/court-marking soles).
- We ask people to mix in when playing club sessions, and to vacate the courts after a short set (first to 6 games), if other people are waiting to play.
- Members are responsible for their guests
Fees for guests
The tennis club membership fee covers most activities. Floodlighting costs £6 per hour when required. Guests may play on up to 6 occasions -
- Seniors £4:
- Students £3:
- Junior: £2
Fees (refundable upon joining) should be paid to a committee member as soon as possible
